Because XpertEase is also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and has earned it’s Certified Learning Partner employing qualified Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT’s), the customers’ internal IT personnel are educated in a mentorship manner during the proof of concept phase with a view of making the customer self sufficient in terms of the specific skills required to operate the proposed environment in the future. IT personnel are not burdened with issues that do not apply to the immediate customer environment
